1. General Overview & Products

Fiz Maison Fashion primarily provides premium unstitched Pakistani clothing fabrics. Unless custom stitching is explicitly ordered as an add-on service, all suits are delivered as un-cut fabric pieces (shirt, trouser, dupatta, and embroidery borders).

2. WhatsApp Order Placement & Confirmation

Placing an order on our website compiles your shopping bag into a preformatted WhatsApp order request. Submitting this request does not constitute an automatically confirmed or paid order. An order is finalized only when our sales team confirms piece availability, agrees upon delivery timelines, and payment is arranged.

3. Custom Stitching Service Terms

When booking our made-to-order custom stitching service:

• Customers are responsible for the accuracy of measurements provided in inches.
• Turnaround times for custom stitched outfits are typically 10 to 14 business days plus courier transit.
• Because custom-tailored garments are altered specifically to personal measurements, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once cutting has begun, unless a severe tailoring defect exists.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In rare circumstances where a pricing error occurs or bespoke tailoring additions require specialized laces, our team will provide a transparent quote before any charges are incurred.

5. Fabric Care & Washing

Detailed care instructions accompany each unstitched piece. Dry cleaning is strictly recommended for all pure silk, zari embroidery, hand-embellished tilla work, and velvet garments. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper home washing techniques.
